Cultivating trauma-informed communities
of mindful, thoughtful, and hopeful people
through expressive arts and education.
Proximity, LLC was founded in 2021, born from over a decade of personal and professional experiences, healing, and a deep appreciation for diverse cultures. It embodies my commitment to humility, lifelong learning, and growth in self-awareness, self-care, trauma-informed care, increased connection, mindfulness, thoughtfulness, and hopefulness.

Through my education, gifts, and passions, I aim to empower organizations, businesses, faith communities, and individuals embrace trauma-informed care as a philosophy of being. My vision is to be a small part of helping cultivate compassionate, supportive people and spaces in who others can find rest, healing, and creativity—especially those impacted by trauma, addiction, mental health struggles, and chronic illness.

Right now, Proximity LLC is very small. It is just how it should be. However, I do hope in the future through continued partnering in the community that I will be able to hire some folx to share their giftings too.

I’d be honored if you’d join me in this journey, bringing your own unique gifts and wisdom as we work together to build communities where healing and transformation can flourish.
